PSpice RC natural Response help

How do i determine the run time and step time in the simulation profile for RC series circuit? I used the RC value but all my traces were not correct. That means i did not see the exponential charging curve of the capacitor. I am trying to plot the graph of the resistor's current and capacitor voltage on the same plot. Instead most traces have a horizontal line or transient spikes.
I am using time domain transient analysis for the simulation profile. My RC constant is 1 s.
DC Voltage source 10 V
Resistor 10kOhm
Capacitor 100 uF

Normally SPICE has usable default settings. Probably something else is wrong. I checked with LTSPICE:

Everything seems fine. You do have that reference to 0 (it's called AGND in LTSPICE, that little triangle to the bottom left)?
