Protel Bottom overlay

I'm going to surround some pads with bottom overlay fills in Portel 99SE but I don't know whether a command exist that not to place fills on pads. It would be grateful if anybody help me.

if you wanna place a pad,only use key P P, you can set though hole to become
smd pad.
