Problems with Hantek 2D72 Hand Held Oscillocope

Hi there.This is my first thread, and I'm pleased to be here.
I have a problem with Hantek P/L because they said they have a internet site
for drawing arbitrary waveforms to download to my hand held oscilloscope.
(This model does have a arbitrary waveform generator built in).
But it seems there site on page 25 of there manual doesn't exist.
http://hantek.com/en/ProductDetail 1 13174.html, is the site they suggest but
it doesn't seem to exist.They won't reply to my emails.Thanks Simon.
