my problem is ,when i give the 'AT' command to the gsm module .it returns the same command. how i can solve this problem?

I presume you're using some sort of serial link to the GSM module?

The problem sounds like "echo". It is a feature to ensure that if you are entering the data from a terminal that you can see the characters you're typing.

See if there's a way to suppress echo, or code around the problem.
