I am stuck with this question in a past year exam paper and I would like some help.
I managed to get Base current and emitter current. and that's it, totally stuck after that!
A potential divider common emitter amplifier circuit is to be designed. the circuit is to operate under the following parameters:
VCC = 17v
ICq = 15mA
Beta DC = 180 NPN silicon transistor
VBE = 0.7v
Question 1.
Draw the circuit diagram for the above. (this one is easy, as I did do it)
Question 2.
Using the standard design rules (which must be clearly stated when used), design suitable components values for this circuit midpoint biasing. the resistor values is to be rounded of to the nearest E12 values?
