please help me to identify this diode

Hi guys,

I am not familiar with this diode. Somebody please help me to identify this diode. Code number on this diode is B91 02 15. Have tried to google this code several times and can't find any data about it. I measured the volt drop for this diode (0.457V). Normal diode (start with "IN") is about 0.547V. Help me to find this equivalent of this diode.

Is there a mfgr logo on it that you can identify? That might make it easier to look for.
I've run across some TVS (transient voltage suppressors) that look like diodes, and
are only identified by the characters on the device.
We MIGHT be looking for the wrong info, if we're 'certain' it's a diode, when it might not be.
