Thanks in advance for any help that you can offer here, I really do appreciate everyone.

I have 2 other people that I am waiting to reply back to me but I also wanted to come on here and get expert help.

Can anyone here tell me if this is an FM Bug transmitter/receiver?

Again that you all for your time.

Very best regards.

Sir 1TheHope1 . . . . .

Heck no, that is being the electronics board for that clock.
The central, small silver cylinder is a crystal that oscillates at 32.768 cycles per second and that is digitally divided down by the black BLOB IC to end up with a 1 pulse per second drive voltage for activating the large solenoid to step the second hand and a gear train to mechanically operate the min and hours hands.
The black piezoelectric sounder is used to make a "tick" sound effect.
NO bugs today . . . . .

Thassssit . . . . .
