PC5010 Alarm

I'm sure you've had your fair share of these, bought a foreclosed home, has a pc5010 wired up with 2 different keypads one looks to be the 5500 and the other 5501. It was fine and didn't use it until a recent power outage... Now it is armed and i cannot seem to get anything to reset, Whether using jumper wires from z1 to pgm1 and cannot enter installer programming. Was wondering if there was a way for me to reset the unit so even if i have to start fresh with using keypad programming i've got nothing but time on my hands as I am currently unemployed.

Hi, jpfen, I sent you a PM. Your PC5010 can be defalted to factory values as a last resort. If it spontaneously armed after a power outage, there's a good chance it needs a new battery in the control panel.
Once you get the manual and check to see the procedure to reset to default settings, post back and let me know what's happening.
