Those meters are all beautiful. Like Dave, I haven't seen one in many years but I do remember when they were common in industry. If I'm not mistaken the 400Hz meters were found in military aircraft application as they used both 28VDC and 120VAC @ 400Hz. I think the latter was (is?) used for power while the planes were on the ground and plugged into a 400Hz source.
I noticed your avatar. Are you a ferroequinologist? If so were they common in railroad applications too?
Anyway as Dave said, OpAmps aren't used as a power source. Especially at mains level voltages. Do the meters include any specs on them like input voltage, current or input resistance / impedance?
