ON Semiconductor diode

I'm new here but been around a while.

I need to find a replacement diode, I'm hoping someone knows how.

its in a DO 214AB package and marked ON E37
62A
The ON is inside a circle.

Welcome to EP.
It looks like it is a TVS of 53/62V(makes sense?)
part number 1.5SMC62AT3 here is it's datasheet.
Possible replacements here.
