Old Moto Bridge MDA970A1

N

Norm Dresner

All I've been able to get from Google is a couple of replacement
recommendations or a bunch of sites selling replacements but I need to know
the specs (V & A) for the original part. Anybody got this info?
Thanks
Norm

|
|My old Motorola Master Selection Guide shows the MDA970A1 as a 50V
|bridge rectifier. It is tabled with other 4.0/8.0A parts.

Confirm that MDA970A1 is 50V, 4A bridge rect.
|
|This URL suggests it is a 4A device:

Similar package but orientation key is different. The angled corner on
the Rectron device coincides with the + terminal whereas on the
MDA970A1 the bottom edge is angled and when facing you the + terminal
is on the right side. Other than that they are identical.
