Sooner belief in AGW is declared *everywhere* to be a new, world wide
religion - the better.

Why ??

So long existing laws in most democratic countries that PREVENT state
financial support of religious ideas will come into force and eliminate all
the fucking stupid CO2 emission trading schemes ( ie ETSs) for ever.

It's a twin edged sword for the green movement, though. To count as a
religion, the belief can't be based on objective facts. The court has
essentially held that Nicholson's beliefs are not well founded.

This judgement doesn't mean that Nicholson has won. A tribunal could
still find in favour of Grainger on the grounds that Nicholson was being
a right PITA who wouldn't let the issue drop when his employer indicated
that they weren't interested.
