I'm an electronics amateur doing research into the Biefeld-Brown
effect and was wondering if Non-Electroconductive materials
(Electrical insulators) have any effect on magnetic fields. Do they
affect EM fields? Is there a substance, that would be insulative
enough to prevent an arc, without negatively affecting the form and
flow of an EM field?
