no exit delay for Vista-20P

When I set my Vista-20P to away mode, there's not exit delay. The panel
starts a 45 sec delay but when I open any of the doors, alarm sounds.
Any idea??

Exit/Entry delay?...Zone Type 01

You're right, I should check the zone types first.
Any idea how do it?? How about changing it zone type 01??
