My name is RonL, I'm here because I'm interested in melting a few metals with a zvs 1800w 12v-48v induction heater. I'll look around for my answers first.
Anyone that has, or knows about these units, It will be great to get to converse with you.

Depends on the metal type and volume.
1.8Kw does not seem sufficient.
We do aluminuim casting here and use 50Kw gas torch.
