needing help sourcing for an Electro Pounce machine

Does anyone know where I could get one used? On eBay they cost almost $900 new and I am just an artist needing this for making a mural. Or maybe someone could build one? I live in Oregon.

I think you need high voltage transformer with current limiting for that.

Did you ever consider using a pounce wheel and pounce pad? Sets you back only about 20 bucks.
