Needed: Vu-Data 5110 Schematics

Hello All,
a friend just picked up a VU-Data Model 5510 Semiconductor Test
Set
and the left hand "Parameter" section isn't working. Being an old-timer (or
should I say OLDER timer than myself), he's not Net-Savy so I offered to
help find some info. Sadly I've found NOTHING. A search with google
or Yahoo keeps giving me some site about ring tones on cell phones???

Any chance any of you out there have any schematics or service info on
this thing? It would be GREATLY appreciated.
