I need some of the new Grey Thermal Material. Is it sold in large Sheets
anywhere by thickness? I need to be able to Custom Cut some uncommon shapes
for some prototype work.

Try a specialist gasket material supplier.
I have bought blue thermal material in sheets of about 400x400mm here in
New Zealand.
