Need help with programming a running led sign

I had installed a running led sign bought from China with remote controlled programming. However, I had lost the remote and am not able to reprogram the sign. Emails to the sellers were not returned. Any kind souls out there who can help me out?

normally there is a software for operating. can you control it with the software from your computer?
or if you can show some pictures here?

sorry, this unit is operated with a remote control unit like the remote control we use with our tv. Problem is: I lost the remote control unit.
Anyway suggestions? Thanks
