Need help with a project for smd led

[Hopeless]

Hey guys I want to make up a glowing bottle on nuka cola quantum for a friend as a birthday gift but have almost no idea how to make boards, what I was holding was to get some advice and a quick tutorial, it needs to all fit in an old style bottle cap so I was thinking button cells as the power source and maybe 3-4 smd led's and a really small on/off switch.

As I said I have no idea what I'm doing.. Just thought it would be cool for the bottle to appear as though its glowing

The bottle will be filled with tonic water and a drop or two of food dye.

I'm afraid this means nothing to me, but from the title and your later explanation about tonic water and food colouring I assume you want to make a light source which lights up the contents of the bottle (lights in a stand for the bottle?)
