Need help making a 4.3" lcd into a push button video display

i need ideas to take an already assembled 4.3" lcd and make it able to read video from a usb and able to play that video with a push button.

any help is appreciated.

Dunno what your electronics experience is like, but what you have planned is not a simple project
you are going to need a processor with a USB interface, and one that can drive a graphics adaptor that will suit the LCD display.
Does the LCD display currently have any specific video input compatability
that is ... when you say already assembled .... what do you mean ?

but just a hint, unless you are a serious electronics engineer, this is likely to be way out of your league
