Need help making 20 metre magnetic loop antenna

Would 5 feet circle using 3/8 soft copper tubing be enough to receive signal on the 20 meter band.

5ft diameter would be close, the one I did for the 40m band was around 6 - 7 ft in diameter

have you googled magnetic loop antennas ?, do you have the ARRL Antenna Handbook ?
