Hi to all guru's. I need some help or tips for designing capacitance device for measurement. I had come out a prototype. But it seem to have some problems.
The device i come out is to act like a liquid/fuel tank as i want it to be measure by a capacitance meter tester.
What inside the device come with a knob switch to select the particular quality, the quality is mark up by a few ceramic cap's and solder onto PCB board. A pair of coxial cables r solder to board and connect it to meter.
cap 1
cap 2
Switch point -----> cap 3
cap 4
cap 5
cap 6
Quality value
0 litre - 64pF
1 litre - 68.5pF
2 litre - 75pF
3 litre - 81pF
4 litre - 86pF
5 litre - 93pF
For the capacitance tester which o/p voltage i think is about 115Vac, 400Hz.
Now the problems, the reading i get from the meter read above it value! Do i do something wrong??
