I need help repairing my Yamaha DX7IIFD. I was installing the E! Grey Matter Response card, and I had to pry out the IC23 chip. While doing so, I heard a crack. When I looked down, I had saw that I broke an internal piece by accident!

It's a ceramic disc capacitor that says "16x 104m" on it. It's listed in the service manual as part C33 on the DM board, but it doesn't list the name as far as I can tell. I need to know the specific name of this component so I can find a replacement ASAP if it's even possible any more.
I know 104m is 0.1uf with +/- 20% tolerance, but I don't know what "16x" means. I can't find the exact match for this capacitor, just orange capacitors that just say "104". Another site I asked this on said the capacitor will still work fine with the chip, but I don't believe that at all. It's significantly damaged.
