Hello everyone
I had a power surge on my vehicle which caused one of the TVS diodes on my PCM to blow up.
I must replace it in order to get the vehicle to start again but so far I have been unsuccessful to figure out which one of the many models I should get.
All I know is that this Diode is unidirectional and has the number 14 and 37 written on it (on top of each other).
The vehicle is an 02 Dodge Ram Van 3500 with a 5.9L V8
Does anyone know what those numbers mean? And would it be Ok to if I get a replacement diode with a slight difference in specs?
Thank you all
PS: The image is of a similar Diode on the same circuit board.
