Need an expert to identify this part

This is from a Power Board of 245BW Samsung Led Screen. (BN44-00173A)

I don't know much about electronic. It's second time I have to repair this board. I even have the plan but I can't read that. A search with the info on the part provide nothing. Same thing for the Black one.

The part labelled NT.... Is a negative temperature coefficient thermistor. The other one is a MOV of some sort.

I'd google the part numbers or look them up on digikey.

The green one is burned. I would like to replace it. Before I wrote here, I searched on Digikey without success. INR IUD751 and DSC 5D-15. I tried different combinations but can't find. Knwoing what they are perhaps would help to find them using categories or whatever.

Googling suggests they are hard to find. However the NT811S seems to have been used in some TVs. Maybe someone with TV repair experience can suggest a replacement.
