Need Alternative Schottky Rectifier

Hello,

I am trying to repair a power supply to an led monitor. I found a component that tests bad. Its a MBRF10200CT Schottky Rectifier http://www.taiwansemi.com/DSfile/MBRF1035CT.pdf.

The problem is, I can't find a source for a replacement. All of the distributors I have found have a minimum order of 1000.

I did try to replace it with a component as close to the specs I could find : http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail...VAg48KSkaU4/zH0D7HlqTKJtFMOZYaWZSw6pRrSLh6g==

Before I installed it the monitor would not come on at all. Now with the new part, the monitor will come on for a few seconds and then power off.

Is the replacement I found suitable and I have another bad component somewhere?
If not, can you point me to a part that will work?

The part you have chosen seems fine. How about this?

I would be looking at the capacitors near this device. If any are suspect, replace them with low ESR types.
