Need 12V DC step down to 8V DC with 5V DC as well

Hello!

I am new to the forum, and am in need of a very specific item.

I need to step down 12V DC power to 8V DC with 5V DC as well. The 8V is max 10watts. The 5V is to power a USB device. This is for my video camera system for field use.

Is there anyone who not only can advise but also build this for me?

Any tips or help would be greatly appreciated.

Clarification: the 8V camera power consumption is only 10watts.
