Mystery CCD unit... Info and pinout wanted!

Hi all,

I found a CCD magnifier camera in my archives the other day and I am
interested in knowing all I can about the CCD element. Specifically,
I'd like to know who makes it, it's general specs, and if there are is
any possiblility of modifying the unit to force long exposure frames
in the output, even if it's just a single long exposure frame out of
ten or twenty.

Here's a page I whipped up containing images of the video board and a
microscope closeup of the CCD itself showing the only markings I could
find.
