I'm trying to connect multiple IR sensors to use in a SmartHome (Domotics) I wanted to put various Sensors through the home dinning room, bed room, kitchen... and they would send info to a master PIC uC that would execute the functions.
First of all, is this the right aproach to the problem.. is there a simple way of doing this?
Second, how can I connect the IR sensors?
Third, I'm thinking of using a CAN bus for communitations, cus it handles errors woth more ease, it it going to dificult my job?
