Modifying ATX PSU

Hello, I have just recently built one of the "lab power supplies" from an atx unit. It does the job for the most part but I still need a few more volts than what it is currently capable of. My question is, is there a way I can get more out of it? I need 15 to 16 volts total, currently all I can get is a max of 12.
This is the first electronic project I have ever really tried to take on I am and have always been a gear head. Thank you for your help.

Google or Ebay "dc to dc adjustable boost module"

They can be had for under $5
