Meaning of balance current: 36/72+-5mA for Battery spec?

I'm looking at specs of a 6S14P Battery (6 cells in series and 14 in parallel) and trying to see what current is supplied by each individual cell. On the spec sheet i do not understand the meaning of this "Balance current for single cell: 36/72(+-)5mA". Does this mean each cell supplies 36mA or 72mA?

To keep series connected Li-Po batteries in good health, the cells need to be voltage balanced when they are charged. This is normally done by placing a resistor in parallel with each cell during the charge cycle so that all cells assume the same voltage. You need to select a resistor to reflect the balance current recommended by the manufacturer.
