You might get more help if you posted the processor type, programmer type
(or at least what format it expects), and processor environment (e.g.
evaluation module) that you're using.

I doubt very much that a program in TI Hex format, written for the National
IMP 16C that flashed the LEDs on the front of the development system
according to a value entered through the toggle switches would be of much
use.
