Looking for tuscany dryer parts/information

I have a clothes dryer that's not heating it's a Tuscany t-gdz60-09e.
The element has infinite resistance so I'm guessing that's the issue. However I'm struggling to find any parts for this brand and it has a solid bar element rather than the usual coil type in dryers.
Anyone have some ideas?

How is that going to fix an element with infinite resistance?

Often the element number is written on the back panel of the dryer
