Looking for MFC4000B (250 mW output amplifier) etc.

I'm trying to find a source for the following obsolete semiconductors:

MFC4000B (250 mW output amplifier);
SG3402N (four quadrant multiplier);
MFC6040 (electronic attenuator);
MD8001 (dual transistor for temperature stabilization circuits)
Z5J noise diode

This is for a synthesizer project from a design in the 70's. I've
looked in all the usual places (Mouser, Digi-Key, Newark, Jameco) but
have drawn a blank.

Does anyone know where I might look next?

Thanks!

<http://www.area51esg.com/> has all of those except the Z5J.

Many thanks for this pointer.

But why do you need those? I missed the original post, but right
away I know the first three are 20 and more like 30 years old.
Unless you are repairing something, there is no reason to be
using those components if you actually have to buy them.
