Looking for FET cross for monitor repair

Does anyone have a cross for IRF19620G? NTE and Google found nothing.
International Rectifier's website didn't have anything on the part either.

I have trying to fix a Dell D825HT (Sony M36LDJ15X) 15" Trinitron
monitor for my brother. The HOT and this FET are shorted. So far no
other obvious failed parts but without the FET I can't fix it.

That number looks weird to me. Are you sure it isn't a IRF9620G?

Willing to bet that your part # is IRFI9620G, not IRF1....

Try searching for IRFI9620G in the International Rectifier site, it is
there, I think that you are typing in a 1 (one) as the 4th digit instead on
an I (eye) !!
