Looking for direction

Hello I'm new to electrical electronics I have been interested for a while. I have been working jobs doing repair work and I decided to take a online class to learn more about things. So far in class I have gotten to superposition analysis working on understanding thevenins. In the mean time in trying to find out what I can do to make useful circuits.

I am, new to this too. I have been building distortion pedals for guitar. It’s a useful and rewarding project and my trials and tribulations are well documented on this site. Might be a good project for you. The people on this site are very helpful. Heed Harald’s advice. There are a lot of YouTube videos or other material out there that are not entirely reliable or correct.
