Looking for CCD analog delay line

I am looking for a very fast CCD type analog delay line.
I need to 'record' several thousand analog samples at 1 Ghz and more.
When the line is filled, I can then use an ADC to digitize each sample
at a lower rate.

Are there any chips that can handle that ?
