Hi everybody,
I'm looking for an ESD - and latchup test system to test samples of
ASIC production lots. The current chips have a QFN 28 package, but
later on we will also design ASICs with more pins. It would be
convenient to have a test system which can run both tests automatically
since it is already a big effort to perform the ESD tests for every
combination of two pins and at different voltages - a similar procedure
will have to be made for the latch up test. Beside that, such a system
can easily be changed over to different chips with a good
reproducibility.
So far, I found the 'ZapMaster' test system from KeyTek:

Are there also other manufacturers which provide such test systems? It
could also be a less sophisticated system.
Where could I find a refurbished system?
