Visio Technical, ver. 4.1 and up, has a number of built-in symbols
for electrical and electronic schematics. You should be able to find
this version anywhere that used software is sold, including Ebay.

Thanks for the info. I dug up my old Visio 4.1 Technical disk and
found the electronics stencils there.
