looking for a timing relay to use

I am looking for a timing relay to....

when energized it will stay on for 40-60 seconds and when de-energized it will not be able to start again for another 60 seconds. Is this possible for one relay or are 2 relays needed.

Yes with a counter.

They make delay-on, delay-off, all kinds of timing intervals, you just need to find
what you want.
