Looking for a spacer/stand-off to hold through-hole

I'm looking for some help on a standoff or spacer to place the lead on a through-hole part on a PCB and hold it in place for the waver solder machine. Someone told me that in the past, there was an item that would do this and you can remove it when you wash the PCBA. I hope someone out there can help me. My PCB has 7 components on it and need help because if I do it by hand, it would take a long time. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

So long, and Thanks for all the Fish!
I do not have any experience with Wave Soldering; however, I have had plenty of experience with components that don;t want to stay where they are suppose to, lol. I have used a small "spring clip" and clamped it to the leads which prevents it from slipping too deeply into the holes. I have used tape for the same purpose. More recently I have been cutting prototype PCBs on my CNC router, and in general I now just decrease the hole size so that the component leads are a "snug fit". Don't know if any of these suggestions will help.
