Looking for a Decibel meter w/ PC software

Title says it all, except perhaps that I'm looking for something relatively
cheap. It doesn't have to have a lot of different functions available,
just basic decibel level recording capability so I can collect evidence
against my two neighbors that have noise wars.

Can anyone suggest a product (web site and/or phone number would be great.)

If you are trying to collect evidence you will need somethijng that is
calibrated and tracable to be useful. Anything homemade will just get
tossed in any legal action, even the most informal.

You may be able to get soemting accurate at Radio Shack that will
work.
