Thanks Bob, I should have explained further.

I am building a solar air heater for my home. Rather than connect 110v to
it to run the fan and installing a thermo switch, I was hoping for an off
the shelf fan with solar panel assembly. My intent is to mount the panel on
the collector, and the fan would run when the sun shine's on it and the
panel.

I do not know enough about PV to make my own assembly.

You might look at companies that make gable mount fans for homes.
I found some of those companies have solar powered models.
You could start at home improvement stores..this one has 800 CFM.
