long life incandescent

I am trying to replace some light bulbs for a church. The lamp is made by
Perma ML and claims 20,000 hours for a 150 watt PS23 clear lamp at 120
volts. Nothing I know of comes close to this lifespan. Any ideas?

The 10 and 20 thousand hour bulbs that I know of are literally 7 lpw. Is it
possible to install CFL's? At best, a 150w lamp of that lifespan is going to
be 1100 lumens, which is very doable by CFL's.
