LED's + Relays? Need wiring help!

hi peeps!

so i've built a midicontroller using an old gamepad, first of i used 9 pin 3pdt on/off footswitches since i need a LED to light up once i've pressed the button. the thing is, i need a momentary switch for the signal that is sent to the gamepad but still i need a on/off thing for the leds. i figured that this could be done with relays after some reading, although im new with relays and it's function. so i bought some 5vdc 5 pin relays like these: SONGLE SRD 05VDC RELAY

the midicontroller and it's buildlog you can find here to get an idea of what im doing and what i need: Midi Foot Controller DONE! *buildlog with pics*

i now have some Alpha Momentary dpdt footswitches instead with 6 pins.

but honestly i have no clue how to solder this thing up.
what i need is to have the signal sent to the gamepad to be momentary, on aslong as the footswitch is pressed and it goes off when the switch is released. but that's no issue now since i got the momentary switches.
but i do need the led's to be on/off and not just light up when the button is pressed down so therefore i got some tips about using relays for have the leds as on/off and yet the signal to gamepad pcb momentary.
im clueless about wiring this up tho and can't really read schematics unless they're made as easy ones shoing pics of the parts along with drawn wires in paint haha.
any help on this would be appreciated!

True, we do know how
It's a big educational effort to write a good reply more than anything else
I think you're doing it all wrong but it's no 5 minute job to assemble and write down all the thought units to explain how to do it right
I hope you'll put a little bit of effort in today while I'm away from the machine, do some research into
1) SR latches, and
2) monostable multivibrators
While I'm out at the markets I'll turn it over in my mind a few times until I can see a good way to go ahead from that point.

Hint: the wikipedia articles on those subjects will be good for you!

Wire a DPDT Latching Relay?

Hi!

I need help with wiring of a DPDT _latching_ relay.
What i need is to have it on/off for a LED using a _momentary_ push button.
Down below is both the relay and pinout of it.
If somebody could explain for me or even better do a simple drawing in paint of how i need to wire this in order to get it to work i would be more then thankful!
