is anyone know what is the black smd in the middle of these led array , the code looks to be T67AC but cant find it anywhere , any help would be much apreciated

Looks like a diode. Have you checked it?
Is that 94V I can see? Possibly two large series strings run from 240V?

Yes looks like but can't find on the market , the led s specs are 2w each and 630mah current , they operate from a 12 v constant current driver and a dimmer module

What is the LED device model and manufacturer?
Somebody might be able to find a schematic for it.

94V has nothing to do with the voltage. check out ULV-94, it's about flamabillity of the circuit board.

Absolutely correct.
I should have known considering my extensive research into electrical safety recently. An interview I attended had an enclosure with a pilot flame and flame thrower for this very safety check.
