LED min and max Current and Voltage

If the microcontroller is being supplied 100V, but is only sending 3.3V to the LED, how much voltage is going to the LED?
You can answer this yourself I'm sure. (This is not a REAL example)

3.3 volts is , but how do i find out the Vf? from the datasheets only?

I am locking this thread because davewalker5 has been given the answers (or told where to find them) and true to form his questions are getting dumber.
