LCD Monitor cable connector - Identification

Hi guys
Sorry if this isn't posted in the correct place (Im new).
I need to get 2 extension cables for my lcd but I've never come across this kind of connection before.
Don't know what to start googling because I don't know what its called.

I've attached a photo so you can see the 2 connections I wish to extend.
Hope someone can identify the connection.

Thanks for the heads up on the broken link. Really strange, because it was appearing fine for me. Anyway... I've hosted the image somewhere else and changed the link. Should be all good now.
