Knife sharpener internal fuse

I am attempting to replace what I was told is an internal fuse for my knife sharpener which is powered by 110 volts but I actually am not sure what it is or where I can get the electrical component to replace it. I checked the component for continuity and it has none so I know if it is a fuse that it has blown. I was sharpening a lawnmower blade with the sharpener and the sanding belt came off the sharpener and got bound up. After that the sharpener quite running and will not run now. I took the sharpener apart and found the bad component inside it but have no idea where I can find one to replace it. There is writing on 2 sides of the component. On one side it has CQ3AM2 and on the other side it has CRU3A. I will upload some pics of the component and the wiring for my knife sharpener. I would certainly appreciate any helpful input concerning this matter and I thank you in advance.

From what I can tell, if this is in the ac power line, I believe that it is a 3 amp thermal fuse. I hope this
helps.

Yes, the 'give away' is the crimping..... you can't solder thermal fuses for obvious reasons. Not sure how to figure out which temperature value the numbers refer to though <shrug>

Yea my brother said it is a 3amp thermal fuse but as the eye said above I need to know if anyone can tell me where I can get a component to replace this one. The tool I am using is a ken onion knife sharpener and man what a stupid thing to put inside of knife sharpener imo. Why don't they have one of those components that won't allow you to use the tool for 30 minutes or so. Goodness don't make it like they used to as the saying goes. If anyone has knowledge of this thermal fuse and where I can acquire a compatible one to replace this one please feel free to post cause I am really lost and the knife sharpener is the best I have ever seen in my lifetime except for the fuse. lol

I looked it up on google and the cutoff temperature is 102 degrees centigrade.

tyvm cannon. I was wondering is there a generic cutoff temp for a standard 110 volt tool like drills, jigsaws, etc....... 102 degrees doesn't seem very high at all to me but I don't know that much about these things. Maybe thats the reason why it blew the thermal so easily. Is that possible? Thanks again everyone for all the helpful input. So I would then need a 3amp 102 degree thermal fuse for 110 volt tool that I have. Could you possibly direct me to where I can purchase this online?

Can anyone please tell me where I can find a 125v thermal fuse 3amp 102 degree cutoff. I need to purchase one for my knife sharpener. Thank you
